Malossi MHR Contrast Spring black (+114%) – more grip for your variomatic belt

The Malossi MHR Contrast Spring in Black is a reinforced, 114% stiffer spring for Kymco, Honda and many GY6 setups. As soon as you increase engine performance via tuning, the V-belt requires more contact pressure so that it does not start to slip under load. This is exactly where this MHR spring comes in: it increases the contact pressure on the V-belt, improves traction and ensures a more stable gear ratio behavior – particularly useful for tuned scooters or in case of problems with a slipping belt.

Installation is uncomplicated: simply replace the original contrast spring.
