Malossi Racing Clutch Springs – noticeably better acceleration for Maxi-Scooters

With this Malossi clutch spring set, you replace the springs in your stock clutch with sportier tuned variants. Especially on modern Maxi-Scooters such as the Honda Silver Wing or the Honda SW-T, the clutch and variator are often tuned very softly or "tame" from the factory – partly due to exhaust and noise regulations. This often leads to a very smooth, but also low-rpm start: the scooter slips for a long time during the engagement phase and only laboriously moves off the line in the first few meters.

Harder clutch springs ensure that the clutch engagement only occurs at higher revolutions – exactly where the engine delivers more power. Result: significantly better acceleration from a standstill. Additionally, the engine is already closer to the acceleration speed (adjustment speed of the variator) during engagement, which makes the starting behavior noticeably crispier – ideal if you want to give your Honda Silver Wing, your Honda SW-T or also the Kymco Xciting more bite at the start.
