Due to the harder springs, clutch engagement occurs only at higher RPMs – exactly where the engine develops more power. Result: better start from a standstill and noticeably more acceleration.

Ideal if you are looking for a crispier tuning on many scooters from the Piaggio and Vespa environment or, for example, with Peugeot and Kymco (depending on the installed clutch/variant). Especially on Piaggio and Vespa setups, this type of tuning is very commonly used because it cleanly shifts the engagement behavior upwards.
