The BGM 200cc cylinder is an improved version of the already reliable and powerful original cylinder. Suitable for the 200cc engines of the Rally200, PX200, Cosa200 and the Spanish DS/DN/TX/Iris models, the BGM cylinder offers an additional boost in safety and performance thanks to an exact size of 9/100 running cycles and slightly larger rinsing channels. As a result, it is slightly more powerful and less fuel-efficient than the original.

The cylinder is driven with the original cylinder head and comes ready for installation with pistons, clips, piston pins and foot gasket. The outlet connector can also be taken over from the original cylinder (screwed).

Tip: The cylinder runs great with the BGM Big Box Touring exhaust (BGM1011TR). This further reinforces the beautifully torque-intensive design of the original motor and offers more power and performance over the entire speed range with unchanged durability. If you want a little more and may be doing an engine overhaul anyway, you can further increase performance readiness by installing a crankshaft with a modified intake angle (BGM031800G). For an increase in engine capacity and even more steam, the BGM Touring long stroke uses a 60 mm stroke instead of 57 mm. It also has an improved intake angle, which also increases the engine capacity to 208 cc and also extends the cylinder control angles. This makes an otherwise completely original motor much more confident without filing and milling without losing its excellent driveability. The larger stroke is simply compensated by a 1.5 mm thick head gasket spacer. As a result, the engine quickly has 13-14 HP on the bike and is very relaxed and confident. A nice side effect is the absolute invisibility of these tuning measures.
