Description
The key for the alternator rotor fixes the rotor to the crankshaft. The rotor triggers a spark pulse at the inductive sensor after each revolution, thereby determining the ignition timing.
The Top Performances Lima-Key is specially ground and thereby enables an ignition advance in the direction of early ignition of the rotor. The slightly earlier spark ensures a temporally optimal and performance-oriented combustion at higher speeds. This small but fine component makes additional performance potential available with an original series ignition. The key is also useful on series vehicles without restriction. Brilliant idea for a very small amount of money.
Caution: Do not install upside down! Otherwise, the opposite happens.
