The Italy-based tuning forge Polini is already in the second family generation and is since the beginning of the roller-tuning-time very well-known. Before tuning parts go into production, here is extensively tested, tested and improved to the icing on the cake! Not least in the own Polini Scooter Cup!
Polini's latest development for 50cc engines are the HI SPEED variators. These are now also available in the extensive variator kits. The variators convince by high quality as well as optimization of the running tracks. In addition, each kit is equipped with a counter-pressure spring, which prevents the belt from slipping and serves for better force transmission. The highlight of this is that Polini counteracts the twisting of the spring with the Evo-Slider, a kind of guide disc for the counter-pressure spring. Depending on the variant, you will also get a set of stronger clutch springs, with which the clutch will later engage due to the extended shift range of the variator.
