Description
The variator is factory-tuned for use with a 50cc cylinder in conjunction with a Stage6-ProReplica exhaust system. However, it has been developed and optimized for use with Stage6 SportPro / Streetrace or similar 70cc sport cylinders. The back of the variator and the roller tracks are hard-coated, but the running surface does not have a coating. This reduces the service life of the running surface, but the increased friction coefficients also result in better performance. Furthermore, it is not possible here, as with hard-chromed running surfaces, for the coating to chip off, which would lead to faster wear or even breakage of the drive belt. The scope of delivery includes the variator with bushing, a smooth-lacquered ramp angle plate, a set of weights of 7.5g (16x13) and a Stage6 counter-pressure spring.

Attention: The variator tuning refers to all engines from year of manufacture 2000. For older engines, the weights must be re-tuned and the original counter-pressure spring must be installed !!!
