Description

The Italian tuning specialist Polini is now run by the 2nd generation of the family and has been very well-known since the beginning of scooter tuning. Whether high-end cylinders of the highest quality like the Evolution series, exhaust systems, sophisticated sports variators for maxi-scooters or the new, self-developed carburetor range – Polini is a state-of-the-art company with its own production lines and stands for the highest quality and performance, made in Italy! Before tuning parts go into production, they are extensively tested and improved to perfection here! Not least in the company's own Polini Scooter Cup!

The variators convince with high quality as well as optimization of the tracks. Speed Control has developed into a favourite over the years alongside other well-known manufacturers. The optimized tracks significantly improve the starting hole, and the top speed also increases slightly! Good and precise tuning of the variator is essential!

With the SPEED CONTROL, we can offer you a powerful variator from Polini. Especially with the 2003 revised version for some models, we have achieved good results in acceleration and shifting behaviour. The use of slightly harder clutch springs is also advisable with this model.

Variator rollers 5.6 grams

Only for 2-stroke models!
