The sports variators for modern Maxiscooter engines convince by the very high quality as well as perfect optimization of the roller raceways. The kit is equipped with a counter-pressure spring, which prevents slipping of the V-belt and improves the force transmission. Please always refer to the product description for the exact scope of delivery. Each Polini is tested and matched for the specific engine so that it is not always necessary to use a different counter-pressure spring or the Evo-Slider.
With the use of the Variomatik, the engine gets a much more direct response to the engine speed during acceleration and accelerates better! Also the annoying starting hole is reduced by many times!
