Description

The Italian-based tuning forge Polini is already in its 2nd family generation and has been very well known since the beginning of the scooter tuning era. Whether high-end cylinders of the highest quality such as the Evolution series, exhaust systems, sophisticated sports variators for maxi-scooters or the new, self-developed carburettor series - Polini is a state-of-the-art company with its own production lines and stands for the very highest quality and performance, made in Italy! Before tuning parts go into production, they are extensively checked, tested and improved to the very last detail! Not least in our own Polini Scooter Cup!

Polini's latest development for 50cc engines are the HI-SPEED variators. The variators impress with their high quality and optimised raceways. In addition, each kit now comes with a counter-pressure spring that prevents the V-belt from slipping and improves power transmission. The highlight is that Polini counteracts the twisting of the spring with the Evo-Slider, a kind of guide disc for the counterpressure spring. Depending on the variant, you also get a set of stronger clutch springs, with which the clutch engages later due to the extended shifting range of the variomatic.

Only suitable for Minarelli horizontal with 13mm crankshaft stub. Not suitable for Keeway, CPI or replica.

Scope of delivery: 1 set of weights 6.9 g (16 x 13 mm), 1 counterpressure spring with Evo slider, 1 set of clutch springs
