Description

The Malossi Multivar has become the market leader in the maxi-scooter variator sector.

Available for almost every model, it is one of the best tuning variators, but is also perfectly suitable as a replacement part for a defective original continuously variable transmission.

The continuously variable transmission is the heart of every automatic scooter drive; the Multivar, in contrast to the original variator, has optimized roller tracks and a modified incline. This eliminates the starting weakness known with large engines, and the acceleration speed is reached much faster. The improved adjustment range can also slightly increase the top speed.

In terms of processing, the Multivar is at the highest level! Silicon-aluminum alloy, precisely CNC milled and diamond-polished.

The scope of delivery includes two sets of matching continuously variable transmission weights and a counter-pressure spring tuned by Malossi for the engine! 23x18 mm weights, 6 rollers per set, 17.0 & 20.0g!

Malossi can supply any spare parts for all variators, which you can of course also obtain from us. Whether sliders, new roller guide or even the variator cage itself.
