Description
The history of the Italian company RMS dates back to 1945, and it has consistently produced top-quality spare parts and accessories for scooters.
In a variomatic drive, the clutch establishes the connection to the clutch bell and thus to the final drive (drive of the rear wheel via the transmission input shaft).
RMS clutches are very high-quality replacement clutches in absolute OEM quality. The clutch springs used correspond to the spring rate of the original springs.
Over many kilometers of driving, the clutch linings wear out! Unpleasant starting jerks are usually a clear indication that the linings may be glazed or heavily worn.
Since it is an organic friction material, it can also age over many years. With these highly stressed components, it is advisable to rely on good quality!
Very good workmanship including original clutch springs (installed, the clutch jaws come ready for installation, but can of course be fitted with other springs afterwards)!
