Original Description:

The DR Sport cylinder series offers excellent performance at a fair price. The focus here is on high-quality cast iron cylinders that have undergone minor optimization. The exhaust port received a slightly different shape and was enlarged to Sehnenmaß, with partially slightly optimized transfer angles complementing the changes compared to original 50ccm standard cylinders. The 85ccm cylinder kit is the ideal cylinder for upgrading the small Vespa engine. Significantly more acceleration and pulling power are clearly the focus here. The engine now finally accelerates with a noticeable force, is much faster uphill, and overtaking is possible with two people. Approximately 10-15 km/h more can be expected (compared to the original cylinder).

Check the ignition timing and always adjust the carburetor jetting! Very robust cylinder kit, which lasts forever with correct engine setting!
