Cylinder from customer return, mileage approx. 150km. Scope of delivery includes cylinder, piston, piston rings and piston pin. Cross-honing from manufacturing is still clearly visible. Gasket kit, piston pin clips are required.


Original Description:

Original Piaggio cylinder for the large Piaggio LC two-stroke engines. Familiar top-Piaggio quality, cast at Gilardoni. In terms of coating and processing, this cylinder is hard to beat!

With its 65.6mm bore, it achieves a displacement of 176ccm with the standard 52mm stroke!

The cylinder kit (aluminium cylinder) is supplied with original piston, piston rings, piston pin and retaining rings.

Gaskets and the original cylinder head are not included. Optimal addition: Malossi cylinder head.

As no new two-stroke maxis from Piaggio are being built due to existing exhaust regulations and this cylinder is also very popular with tuning enthusiasts, it is uncertain how long Piaggio can supply the trade and, above all, at what price it can still be offered!

The cylinder can also be used for the conversion to 180ccm of the following 125 models:

Runner FX 125, Italjet Dragster 125, Piaggio Hexagon EXS 125 & LX 125.

Attention! The stud bolt holes in the engine casings of these 125 models must be reamed to 10mm. Also, the base of the cylinder must be turned down or the housing in the engine casing must be correspondingly enlarged. Some work, but it allows you to then run an extremely high-quality cylinder original from Piaggio on the 125 engines!
