The universal LeoVince LV CORSA BLACK EDITION rear silencer stands for uncompromising racing technology and a particularly striking dark look. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is coated with a matte ceramic black special coating, which gives the exhaust an aggressive appearance and at the same time protects it from high temperatures, scratches and corrosion.

Thanks to its open internal structure, the silencer enables particularly direct exhaust flow and produces the characteristic deep racing sound for which the LV Corsa series is known. The sandblasted stainless steel end cap with laser-etched LV logo and the stable laser-cut stainless steel bracket emphasize the high-quality workmanship. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds ensure stability and durability. The universal LV CORSA BLACK EDITION is ideal for individual motorcycle conversions with uncompromising racing optics.

Installation instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly simple assembly and is manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON design. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then the rear silencer is fitted precisely, attached to the standard mounting points and securely fixed with the supplied springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional check in the idle position and re-tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
