The universal LeoVince FACTORY S CARBON FIBER rear silencer with Ø 54 mm connection combines ultra-lightweight carbon technology with a compact racing design. The outer shell is made entirely of carbon fiber and is manufactured from two layers of pre-impregnated carbon fibers, ensuring low weight and high stability.

The full-carbon end cap with an asymmetrical design provides a distinctive racing look and simultaneously improves heat resistance. The high-temperature-resistant sound-absorbing material ensures efficient noise reduction and a powerful sound.

Installation instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly easy installation and is manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adjust the angle and alignment to the vehicle. After that, the rear silencer is fitted precisely, attached to the standard mounting points and secured with the supplied springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A brief function test when stationary, as well as re-tightening the connections after the first few kilometers, ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction noticeably simplifies the conversion.
