Malossi Torque Driver – Tuning torque disc/torque unit for more powerful maxi-scooters

The Malossi Torque Drive (Torque Driver) is a high-quality tuning torque disc made of extremely resistant nitrided steel. Due to the modified slope of the guide grooves, the shifting behavior of the variator – especially in combination with a sport variator – is noticeably optimized.

Particularly with more powerful engines, the usable RPM range is often quite narrow. This makes it increasingly difficult to keep the variator constantly and precisely at the power RPM. With the Malossi Torque-Drive, you get an additional, very effective adjustment option – acceleration improves noticeably. The setup fits many maxi-scooters, e.g., Yamaha X-Max 250, Yamaha Majesty 250 or Aprilia Leonardo 250/300 (and other models see list).

Note: In most cases, the variator (weights) must also be retuned after installing the torque disc.
