Description

Malossi Torque Drive Torque Disc – more control in the drive of your 125cc scooter

The Malossi Torque Drive is a high-quality tuning torque disc / torque unit made of extremely robust nitrided steel. Due to the modified slope of the guide grooves, the shifting behavior of the CVT is improved – particularly effective in combination with a sport variator.

Especially with slightly more powerful setups, the usable RPM range is often rather narrow. It then becomes more difficult to keep the variator constantly in the ideal power range. With the Malossi Torque Drive, you get an additional, very effective adjustment option – the acceleration improves noticeably and the setup can be fine-tuned.

Note: In most cases, the variator (roller/weight tuning) must be readjusted after installing the torque disc.

Advantages & Features

  • Tuning torque disc / torque unit for optimized CVT shifting behavior
  • Manufactured from extremely high-quality nitrided steel
  • Different slope of the guide grooves for better shifting (ideal with sport variator)
  • Particularly useful for more powerful engines with a narrow usable RPM range
  • Noticeably better acceleration through additional setup option
  • Readjustment of variator weights often required
