Description

This counter-pressure spring by Polini increases the pressure by 10% compared to the original spring and is therefore ideal for light tuning.

The counter-pressure spring has the function of pressing the pulley in the rear transducer against the V-belt. On the other hand it provides the counterpressure to "switch" the variator.

A stronger counterpressure spring becomes necessary as soon as the power has been increased by a tuning measure and the V-belt starts to slip or the engine does not stop. The back pressure spring is always closely related to the variomatic. If a different spring is fitted, the Vario must also be tuned in any case.
