Description

Top-Racing is the specialist for high-quality crankshafts from Portugal, which also manufactures the well-known long-stroke shafts for Piaggio Maxis! Years of experience and state-of-the-art production machines make the HQ shafts a first-class choice for your engine. The design corresponds to a solid cheek crankshaft! On top of that, very high-quality bearings including copper thrust washers are used.

Conclusion: Very high-quality processed sports crankshaft for performance-enhanced engines, also perfect as a replacement for the original. Due to the full-round cheeks, the pre-compression can increase slightly and the engine can run with less vibration. You can't get more value for money for your maxi scooter.

Crank webs and connecting rods are forged!
The stump of the variator side is made in one piece. No more shearing off in the shaft seal, as often happens with old, original shafts.

Delivery includes the piston pin bearing. It is best to order the matching bearing set at the same time.

Note:
The cheeks of the crankshaft have a diameter of 90mm and therefore fit all Piaggio maxi two-stroke cases, also with the small crankcase (SKR, Hexagon EX).
