The Highsider SMART throttle sleeve is made of plastic and fits universally on many handlebars with 1 inch (25.4 mm). The inner diameter is 26 mm, the outer diameter 29 mm.

The fact that the sleeve accommodates both one and two throttle cables makes it useful for conversions where the cable routing is not yet fixed. If necessary, it can be shortened and thus adapted to the existing space between the controls and the handlebar end.

Installation and Application Instructions

• The original throttle sleeve is pulled off and the new one is pushed on, then the throttle cables are hooked in. After installation, the smooth operation, complete closing of the throttle slide, and the play at the throttle grip must be checked.
