Description

The Swiing 50cc 38mm Vertex Edition cylinder kit is a high-quality replica made of aluminum, which was specially developed for Puch mopeds such as Maxi S/N, X30 NS/NL and X30 NG-2A. With a hard chrome plated cylinder running surface and a classy Vertex piston, this kit offers excellent performance. The original name 'CH12' is cast in, which makes the cylinder externally indistinguishable from the original.

The cylinder kit contains a high-quality Vertex piston, which has been optimised through various adjustments:

  • Improved control times due to a downwardly shifted intake window
  • Lubrication holes on the piston to the piston pin
  • Clean guidance of the connecting rod bearing through plane-milled inner surfaces on the piston
  • Optimized flask shirt
  • Adjustment of the inflow angle of the overflows
  • Frustration-free assembly of exhaust and intake manifold thanks to clean and generously plane-milled inlet and outlet

With the right setting, this rear wheel cylinder kit achieves 1.6 HP and, according to the manufacturer, is the strongest 38mm cylinder available with seal for Puch. Attention: Not allowed on public roads!
