Description

The Swiing cable starter is a practical solution for clockwise Puch E50 engines with original Bosch or Ducati ignition. It is ready to install and fits models such as Puch Maxi S, N and Puch Supermaxi LG1 perfectly.

Installation is easy: First clean the flywheel and secure the drive pinion to the pole wheel with liquid screw lock. Then position the starter housing and gently tap it with a rubber mallet until it fits perfectly. The cable starter is then screwed in place.

When starting, pull the cable slowly a few times to let the engine spin empty. Hold the grip firmly and pull hard until the start process is complete. Gloves can provide better grip.

Note that when the cable starter is installed, the pedaling system becomes inaccessible. Footpegs, a longer pedal axle or a pedal axle extension are therefore required. The package includes a cable starter including a drive pinion.
