Description
The Swiing cylinder kit with a 44mm bore was specially developed for the Zündapp Bergsteiger M25 and M50 (type 247). It offers a significant increase in performance and, correctly adjusted, reaches up to 5.9 hp on the rear wheel. The exterior of the racing cylinder is no different from the original, which makes it particularly inconspicuous. Outstanding features include a trapezoidal outlet window and a rectangular intake window for maximum passage. The Nikasil coating ensures smooth running, optimal heat transfer and durability. The optimized mixture flow is ensured by divided overflow channels. The cylinder head is centered and the surfaces are pore-clean and flat. In addition, the sealing and connection surfaces are plane-milled. The package includes a VERTEX piston, two silent blocks for the cylinder head and studs for intake and exhaust.
