Description

The cylinder kit from Swiing with a 39mm tuning cylinder is specially developed for the Zündapp mountaineer with a type 247 engine. This kit offers 2.8 hp at the rear wheel, without the racing cylinder being outwardly different from the original. A 44 mm tuning cylinder is available for even more performance.

The kit has a Nikasil coating, which ensures smooth running, optimal heat transfer and lubrication. The trapezoidal outlet windows and rectangular intake windows maximize the passage. The optimised mixture flow is ensured by divided overflow channels.
