Description

The Swiing 38mm cylinder kit with seal is an optimised replica of the original cylinder, which was developed specifically for Puch mopeds such as Maxi S/N, Puch X30 NS/NL and Puch X30 NG-2A. Externally, it is indistinguishable from the original due to the cast name “CH12". However, this cylinder offers a few improvements over the original.

The adjustments include better control times due to a downwardly shifted intake window and lubrication holes on the piston to the piston pin. The smooth running of the connecting rod bearing is ensured by plane-milled inner surfaces on the piston. In addition, the piston shirt was optimised and the inflow angle of the overflows was adjusted. The installation of the exhaust and intake manifold is frustration-free thanks to clean and generously plane-milled inlets and outlets.

With the right setting, this rear wheel cylinder kit achieves an output of 1.6 hp, which, according to the manufacturer, makes it the strongest 38mm cylinder available with seal for Puch. Please note that this cylinder kit is not approved on public roads.
