Description
Crunching and mechanical noises when starting the engine often have their cause in a defective starter freewheel. The driver is imposed and no longer loosens. In the worst case, this can lead to massive damage to the engine. Since the various components of the starter coupling interlock, all components are also damaged by wear. Therefore, it is advisable to completely replace the starter freewheel with all the associated components.
