The Stage6 R/T FL100 resonance chamber is a hand-welded racing exhaust system made of thin sheet steel cones, manufactured in Italy, specifically tuned to the port timings of the Stage6 R/T FL100 cylinder. The system is delivered in Racing-Finish - unpainted and untreated. It is delivered without a silencer and without a flange. The system is not homologated and is intended exclusively for racing and tuning use.

Important Note:

• This exhaust system is not homologated and is not approved for public road traffic. Since the system is delivered unpainted and untreated, regular application of grease spray is required to avoid premature rusting.

The shape and volume of the resonance chamber are tuned to the port timings of the Stage6 R/T FL100 cylinder - use with other FL cylinders requires the separately available Stage6 R/T 100cc FL exhaust flange kit (item number: S6-75ET34). Since the system is delivered without a silencer, the choice of silencer is decisive for the achieved performance characteristics (item number: S6-91ET033, S6-96ET031, S6-96ET030, S6-94ET020).

Vehicle and Model Compatibility:

• The resonance chamber is designed for 50ccm 2-stroke scooters with water-cooled Minarelli or Piaggio LC engines - including Yamaha Aerox / Jog RR, MBK Nitro, Aprilia SR 50 LC, Gilera Runner, Piaggio NRG / Zip / NTT / Quartz, Malaguti F12 / F15, Derbi GP1 / Atlantis, Benelli 491, Beta Ark and others. The system is primarily tuned for the Stage6 R/T FL100 cylinder - for other FL cylinders, the separately available Stage6 R/T 100cc FL exhaust flange kit is required. Mounting and Application Notes:

• The system is mounted on Malossi engine cases. The flange is not included in the delivery - when used with the Stage6 R/T FL100 cylinder kit, the flange is already part of the kit. When used with other FL cylinders, the Stage6 R/T 100cc FL exhaust flange kit must be obtained separately (item number: S6-75ET34). After installation, treat the system regularly with grease spray to avoid rust formation.
