Digital magnet speed limiter with double check and automatic reactivation - Digital calculation and control of the speed.  Not suitable for vehicles without battery.

Function:
The DZB has as its core a powerful microprocessor, which continuously calculates and evaluates the current rotation speed.
If the individually adjustable maximum speed is reached, the DZB regulates the machine. At a speed below the set limit, the DZB does not intervene. Thus, there is no loss of power in the lower speed range.
To soften the transition to the throttling a little, different sizes of precursors can be adjusted. In these precursors, the DZB throttles every 3rd ignition pulse just before reaching the maximum speed.
Programming the maximum speed is very simple. The engine is brought to the desired speed with the throttle handle and it is stored with a pressure on the program button in the DZB. The speed limit can be reprogrammed as often as you like.
Deactivating the throttling, simply pull the brake briefly and drive at the same time with the supplied magnet via the magnet sensor. To activate the throttling again, you just have to turn the ignition off and on again.
The case is tiny. The dimensions are 45x45x18mm + fixing eyelet. The length of the connection cable is 45-50cm, the sensor cable is approx. 100cm long.
You will also receive 4 quick cable connectors, with which the assembly is child's play and is super fast! No more cutting and soldering on the wiring harness!

Digital vs. analog speed limiter
Why is this digital speed limiter superior to all other conventional analog limiters?
In analogue speed limiters, 4 capacitors are usually installed, which are combined via a rotary encoder or dip switch and thus set the speed limit. With 4 capacitors, this results in only lean 15 stages to which an analog DZB can be adjusted. The control unit is correspondingly rough and it often happens that you cannot set your desired speed limit correctly. For example, level 12 throttles too much, while level 11 is already too weak. A common problem...
This can't happen with this digital speed limiter. The DZB can be completely infinitely adjusted to the desired speed and keeps it accurate to the point with a calculation accuracy of 99.9%!
In addition, an analog speed limiter easily shifts the ignition time, even if the speed limit has not yet been reached. This results in a low power loss in the lower speed range.
The digital speed limiter does not change the ignition behavior until the set limit is reached. In the lower speed range, the engine operates without loss of power.

Compatibility:

The DZB works with almost all 2T carburetor machines (e.g. with the common Minarelli replicas (1E40QMB) such as CPI and Keeway). With 4 strokes, machines with direct injection, Morini engines and machines with double pickup (e.g. Aprilia SR50 with brown and white cable on the CDI), the DZB unfortunately does not work!
