Description

Your vehicle needs to be throttled, but you have lost the spacer ring? We offer throttle rings in different widths for almost all models! Here in a set!

Often the variator drive is limited in gear ratio by a spacer ring in order to comply with the legally specified maximum speed.

The throttle ring is pushed over the variator's bushing and prevents it from moving all the way up to the front pulley, which would cause the drive to shift to its highest possible gear ratio. This simply limits the top speed.

Caution: primarily use only for throttling original engines. With an open engine, the power is not reduced but only the transmission ratio is limited, the engine would end up reaching very high revs!

Depending on the year of manufacture and 45 km/h or 50 km/h version, different width throttle rings were installed by the manufacturers. Either inform yourself beforehand or adjust the speed with different widths.

The cheapest option for the distance rings! Save money in a set! Especially if you are unsure which ring is the right one!
