Description

Your vehicle needs to be throttled, but you have lost the spacer ring? We offer throttle rings in various widths for almost all models!

Often, the variator drive is limited in transmission ratio by a spacer ring in order to comply with the legally specified maximum speed.

The throttle ring is pushed over the bushing of the variator and prevents it from coming completely close to the front pulley and the drive would thus shift to its highest possible transmission ratio. This simply limits the top speed.

Caution: use primarily only for throttling original engines. With an open engine, the power is not reduced but only the transmission ratio is limited, the engine would end up reaching very high revs!

Depending on the year of manufacture and 45 km/h or 50 km/h version, different width throttle rings were installed by the manufacturers. Either inform yourself beforehand or adjust the speed with different widths.
