Dein Fahrzeug muss gedrosselt werden, aber Du hast den Distanzring verloren? Wir bieten Drosselringe in verschiedenen Breiten für fast alle Modelle an!

Oftmals wird der Variomatik-Antrieb zur Einhaltung der gesetzlich festgelegten Höchstgeschwindigkeit durch einen Distanzring in der Übersetzung begrenzt.

Der Drosselring wird über die Laufbuchse des Variators geschoben und verhindert, dass dieser ganz an die vordere Riemenscheibe heranrücken kann und der Antrieb somit auf seine höchstmögliche Übersetzung schalten würde. Dadurch wird ganz simpel die Höchstgeschwindigkeit begrenzt.

Achtung: in erster Linie nur zur Drosselung von originalen Motoren verwenden. Bei einem offenen Motor wird die Leistung nicht verringert sondern nur die Übersetzung begrenzt, der Motor würde am Ende sehr hohe Drehzahlen erreichen!

Je nach Baujahr und 45 km/h oder 50 km/h Version wurden von den Herstellern verschieden breite Drosselringe verbaut. Entweder vorher informieren oder mit verschiedenen Breiten die Geschwindigkeit einstellen.
