Description

12V/100W light magnetic ignition system with integrated fully electronic ignition, DC/DC

- suitable for bird series with and without fan, as well as SR50/1, S51/1, S70/1, SR80/1 (without electric starter), DUO 4/1 with clamp attachment

The ignition is intended to replace the ignition systems that are attached to the engine with fixing clamps/retaining clips.

This ignition system can be driven completely without a battery. Ignition impulses are fully electronic and contactless. Replaces the old alternator, regulator and ignition breaker. Sits in the same position as the original ignition, no need to make changes to the engine housing.

Attention:

This ignition system only has DC voltage and no longer the well-known dc-ac mix. The stop light and rear brake light no longer switch. You can find more information about the differences here: CLICK!

Installation instructions:

No keyway has been milled into the rotor for maximum flexibility. The ignition time is now set using markings.

VAPE/Powerdynamo basically supplies the ignition system without retaining plates for attaching the ignition coil and regulator. You can find them under the MZA item numbers:
