The YSS DTG Twin Set consists of two gas-pressure shock absorbers with a double-tube system (DTG = Double Tube Gas) for the rear installation position. The shock absorbers are filled with nitrogen and oil and operate according to the twin-chamber principle, in which nitrogen and oil remain permanently separated from each other. The spring preload is adjustable in 5 detent positions. The scope of delivery contains 2 pieces (pair).

The twin-chamber principle of the DTG shock absorber keeps nitrogen and oil permanently separated even under thermal stress - this ensures that the damping characteristics remain stable even during prolonged use, as oil foaming is excluded. The progressive spring responds softly under low load and absorbs progressively more force as the load increases.

• The shock absorber set is designed for the Gilera Runner VX and VXR in the displacement classes 125 ccm and 200 ccm. Before purchase, the vehicle model, displacement, and the installation length 280 mm as well as the mounting geometry (thread top, eye bottom) should be checked against the vehicle's specifications.

Mounting and application notes:

• The shock absorbers are mounted at the upper threaded mount and the lower eye mount. After installation, the spring preload should be adjusted via the 5 detent positions to the rider's weight and the usual loading condition. After the first few kilometers of driving, all fastening connections must be checked for tightness.
