Schmitt offers the first series flask from Italian premium manufacturer VERTEX suitable for Simson moped and Mokick.
This piston is designed with nominal diameter 41.46 (2nd oversize) suitable for Ø41mm, 60cc liners as a replacement for the original pistons. Two 1mm piston rings with hard chrome coating make this piston a top product in addition to aluminum alloy with very high silicon content. Two additional lubrication holes were inserted for the 12mm piston pin. These are axially offset so as not to weaken the piston pin guide. C clips or G-clips can be used as piston clips because the appropriate cutout for removing C-clips has been thought of here! The piston is balanced and therefore has a low tilt tendency, which increases the service life and reduces vertical running marks. The rounded piston ring pins - sharp-edged pins weaken the impact of the piston ring over a long period of time and often break at this point.
