Description

The Schmitt intake manifold is a high-quality carburettor flange that was specially developed for Simson mopeds. Made in Germany, this adapter allows the installation of modern PHBG carburettors with a 24mm clamp flange on engines such as M531, M541 or M571. Precise manufacturing on 5-axis CNC milling ensures a perfect surface finish.

The connection between the carburettor and the intake manifold is a perfect fit and barrier-free, which ensures optimal gas exchange without edges or shocks. The milled Venturi cone accelerates the gasoline-air mixture and leads to an increase in performance. The geometrically optimised carburettor flange ensures a linear transition to the air filter heart box.

The package includes two DIN 6912 hexagonal screws and a matching silicone O-ring, which can be replaced with a standard flange seal if required.
