Description

The Schmitt intake manifold is a high-quality carburettor flange that was specially developed for the installation of modern PHBG carburettors with 24mm clamping flange on Simson mopeds. Made in Germany, this adapter provides a precise fit and a barrier-free connection between carburettor and intake manifold. The innovative design with a milled Venturi cone accelerates the gasoline-air mixture, resulting in an increase in performance. The transition from the carburettor to the air filter heart box is linear and without the usual kinks in the intake sleeve.

The package includes two DIN 6912 hexagonal screws and a matching silicone O-ring, which can be replaced with a standard flange seal if required. The intake manifold is manufactured on the latest 5-axis CNC milling machines, which guarantees a perfect surface finish.
