Description

The Schmitt ball bearing set is the ideal choice for repairing your Simson M500 engine. This set includes high-quality crankshaft bearings with SKF-C4 quality metal cage. It contains all necessary FKM shaft seals, which are equipped with an ASW profile and an additional support lip. These components are specially developed for the Simson M541 and M741 engines and fit perfectly with the Simson models S51, S53, S70, S83, KR51/2, SR50 and SR80.

The following bearings are included:

  • 2x SKF 6204 C4 bearings
  • 1x 6004 CN bearing
  • 1x 16004 CN bearing
  • 1x 6203 CN bearing
  • 1x 6000 CN bearing

The following shaft seals are also included:

  • 1 x FKM Premium 20 x 47 x 7 mm ASW
  • 1 x FKM Premium 20 x 35 x 7 mm ASW
  • 1 x FKM Premium 22 x 35 x 7 mm ASW
  • 1 x FKM Premium 20 x 30 x 7 mm ASW

The ball bearings have the following properties:

  • Seal: open
  • Crankshaft bearing air: C4
  • Bearing-air transmission: CN
  • Ring material: bearing steel
  • Rolling element material: bearing steel
  • Cage material: steel sheet

Fluororubber, also known as FKM, is the base material for these shaft seals and offers excellent resistance to high temperatures and chemicals.
