Description

The Schmitt Evolution ball bearing set with C3 metal cage and FKM seals is specially designed for Simson M500 engines. It includes high-quality SKF-C3 ball bearings and FKM double lip shaft seals, which provide maximum sealing and speed stability. The sealing lips are bound to the direction of rotation and provide targeted return of lubricants to the bearing and shaft. The tightness is maintained even when the shaft is at a standstill. The material FKM is particularly resistant to fuels and lubricants.

The set includes:

  • 2x SKF bearings 6204 C3
  • 1x 6004 CN bearing
  • 1x 16004 CN bearing
  • 1x 6203 CN bearing
  • 1x 6000 CN bearing
  • 1x Schmitt Evolution FKM RD 20x30x7mm ASW Shaft Seal Ring (Right Spin)
  • 1x Schmitt Evolution FKM LD 20x35x7mm ASW Shaft Seal Ring (left spin)
  • 1x Schmitt Evolution FKM WD 22x35x7mm ASW Shaft Seal Ring (AC Spin)
  • 1x Schmitt Evolution FKM RD 20x47x7mm ASW Shaft Seal Ring (Right Spin)

The ball bearings are open and are made of roller bearing steel. The cage is made of sheet steel. The bearing air for the crankshaft is C3, while for the transmission it is CN.

This set is compatible with Simson moped/Mokick models such as S51, S53, S70, S83, SR50, SR80, KR51/2 with M500 or M700 motor housing.
