The Schmitt cylinder base gasket set is specially developed for Simson moped and scooter models such as S70, S83, SR80 with an M700 engine. These seals are made from high-quality aluminum and coated sealing paper to ensure a precise fit and durability. In contrast to conventional paper seals, which often do not fit perfectly, these aluminum seals provide reliable sealing and make it easier to determine the squeeze size and squeeze edge.

The set includes five gaskets in various thicknesses to allow optimal adjustment to the cylinder base:

  • 1 piece 0.1 mm aluminum
  • 1 piece of 0.2 mm aluminum
  • 1 piece 0.3 mm aluminum
  • 2 pieces of 0.3 mm paper (coated)
