Description

The Schmitt membrane box is a high-quality die-cast aluminum component that was specially developed for Simson M500 and M700 engines. It is ideal for conversion to Schmitt cylinders with diaphragm inlets. Thanks to its flow-optimized design and super-smooth surface, it offers a minimal design that ensures optimal response. With the included adapter plate and seals, both V-Forve CR85 and the slightly smaller Malossi VL (AM6 motor) membrane blocks can be used. The membrane box is suitable for cylinders from 50cc to 110cc, which makes it extremely versatile. With CNC motor housings, such as PZ tuning, the sealing surfaces may need to be adjusted. The hole pattern is designed for 40x60mm membranes. The package includes all necessary parts, but without a membrane block.
