Made from certified Hi-Carbon steel, it offers exceptional wear resistance and additional strength compared to conventional construction steel. These properties allow for a lighter profile construction, minimizing weight compared to aluminium.

RFX HCS sprockets are CNC laser-cut to ensure tighter tolerances and improved performance. The CAD design ensures a lightweight profile while mud-clearing grooves reduce wear. The stiff design increases torsional rigidity, leading to overall better performance.

Installation is simple and requires only basic tools. Ensure the motorcycle is securely on a stand and the rear wheel is off the ground. Remove the old chain and sprocket, clean the hub, and install the new sprocket with the cleaned bolts and nuts. Use blue Loctite for extra security and tighten the nuts evenly.
