Description

The RFX Pro clutch cover is specifically designed for KTM SX85 models from 2004 to 2016 and Husqvarna TC85 models from 2014 to 2016. With a deeper profile, this cover increases the oil capacity by 100 ccm, which lowers the oil temperature during long races. This is particularly advantageous under extremely muddy or sandy conditions, where the clutch is heavily stressed. Some models feature an internal shroud design that improves oil flow to the center of the basket.

The RFX Pro series is CNC-machined from high-quality 6061-T6 aluminum, allowing for thin, lightweight sections while increasing strength and durability compared to standard covers. This construction protects against damage from stones, rocks, footpegs and brake pedals, which can lead to failures in standard covers.

The covers are finished with a particularly resistant, dark titanium grey Akadize surface treatment, which drastically increases wear resistance against boots and track sand, ensuring a permanently elegant appearance.
