Description
The RFX Pro Wheel Spacers Front in Blue are an excellent choice for anyone looking for lightweight and durable alternatives to OEM parts. These spacers are made from high-quality Aluminium 7075-T6 and are color-anodized to maximize durability. These properties help to reduce surface wear and prevent dirt from entering the hub, which in turn extends the life of the bearings.
A special feature is the machined rear lip, which ensures that the wheels remain anchored in the seals. This minimizes the risk of falling out during maintenance and significantly speeds up wheel changes. The RFX Pro series is tested and used by many leading Grand Prix and British Motocross teams, which speaks to their quality and reliability.
Assembly is straightforward: Start with the motorcycle on a paddock stand, remove the large spindle nut and loosen all clamping screws on the lower fork leg. Remove the spindle from the wheel, and if it is stuck, use a brass punch and hammer. After removing the front wheel, remove the spacers, clean the seals and re-grease them. Install the new wheel spacers and be sure to spread the brake pads apart to provide more space when reinstalling the wheel. Install the wheels, slide the spindles through, adjust the chain tension and tighten the spindle nuts to the correct torque. Finally, align the front fork tubes and actuate the brakes to realign the brake calipers.
