Description

The RFX Pro oil filter cap in blue is specifically designed for Yamaha models such as the YZF250 (01-13), YZF450 (98-09) and WRF250/450 (98-09). Made of high-quality 7075-T6 aluminum, this lid provides excellent dimensional stability, even under extreme heat and pressure conditions. The RFX filter cap design allows for increased oil flow, resulting in improved oil circulation. Many leading Grand Prix and British motocross teams rely on the quality and performance of RFX products.

Installation is easy: Drain the oil in accordance with your operating instructions, carefully remove the old filter cover and be careful not to damage the sealing surface. Clean the O-ring and place it on the new filter cover. When changing the oil filter, remove the old filter and any springs that hold it in place. Clean the filter hole and check it for damage. Soak the new oil filter in fresh engine oil and install it together with the original spring and the new filter cover. Top up the oil in accordance with your operating instructions.
