Description

The RFX Pro Series axle blocks are specifically designed to speed up wheel changes and precise alignment. These axle blocks are CNC-machined from 7075 aerospace grade aluminum, which ensures high strength and durability. The laser-engraved RFX logo gives them a professional look. The CAD-designed shape ensures low weight, while the tighter tolerances provide an improved fit. The alignment scales on both sides allow precise adjustment, and the colored anodization creates the look of a factory motorcycle.

Installation is easy: Place the motorcycle on a stand, loosen the rear axle nut and remove the spindle. Remove the old axle blocks and clean the area around the swing arm. Insert the new RFX axle blocks, pay attention to the orientation and position of the screws. Grease the spindle and wheel spacers with waterproof grease. Raise the wheel into position and put the chain back on. Tighten the axle nut without completely tightening it. Align the wheel with the axle blocks and adjust the chain tension. Tighten the axle nut with the correct torque.
