Description
Especially with the 125 and 180cc two-stroke engines, damage to the pulleys and crankshafts often happens because the assembly is faulty!
Here we offer a revision kit for loosened and defective pulleys! Incl. the important, original steel washers und a new crankshaft nut!
Insert original washers correctly placed (in front & behind the pulley, small under the nut)!
Before tightening the crankshaft nut, always pull the V-belt into the rear of the converter, otherwise you will only tighten the pulley against the V-belt and the pulley will not be pressed properly with the variomatic on the bushing. Otherwise the internal gearing will rotate round and may even cause damage to the crankshaft.
It is essential to adhere to the manufacturer's tightening torques (approx. 75-80Nm), always use a new nut and medium-strength threadlocker!
Please compare the number of teeth before buying. This has 78 ! There are 2 different versions here!
