The LeoVince LV ONE EVO slip-on exhaust muffler combines classic LeoVince design tradition with modern materials and current exhaust technology. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel ensures high resistance to heat, corrosion and mechanical stress. The sandblasted finish in a titanium look gives the muffler an elegant and sporty appearance that perfectly complements modern motorcycles.

An end cap made of full carbon gives the exhaust a distinctive racing look and convinces with high temperature resistance as well as low weight. Inside, high-temperature resistant sound insulation material ensures efficient noise reduction and a powerful, balanced sound. Precise TIG welds, a carbon mounting bracket and the laser-etched LeoVince logo underline the high-quality workmanship and durable construction.

Installation instructions

A LeoVince exhaust muffler is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original muffler is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then the end muffler is mounted precisely, attached to the serial mounting points and securely fixed with the included springs.

After the exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short function test while stationary as well as re-tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
