The LeoVince LV ONE EVO silencer combines classic LeoVince design tradition with modern materials and current exhaust technology. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel ensures high resistance to heat, corrosion and mechanical stress. The sandblasted finish in a titanium look gives the silencer an elegant and sporty appearance that perfectly complements modern motorcycles.

An end cap made of solid carbon gives the exhaust a distinctive racing look and is characterized by high temperature resistance as well as low weight. Inside, high-temperature resistant sound insulation material ensures efficient noise reduction and a powerful, balanced sound. Precise TIG welds, a carbon mounting bracket and the laser-etched LeoVince logo emphasize the high-quality workmanship and durable construction.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince silencer is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON design. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the silencer is fitted precisely, attached to the series mounting points and securely fixed with the supplied springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional test while stationary and re-tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently tight fit. The precise construction noticeably simplifies the conversion.
