The LeoVince LV CORSA S TITANIUM muffler brings true racing technology to the street, combining maximum performance with an exceptionally lightweight design. The titanium outer shell significantly reduces the weight of the muffler compared to stainless steel versions while providing high resistance to heat and corrosion. The sandblasted finish gives the titanium a matte, technical surface and emphasizes the uncompromising racing character of this exhaust.

A special design feature is the sandblasted stainless steel end cap with integrated stainless steel mesh and LV logo, which gives the muffler a distinctive racing look. Inside, the special construction of the muffler produces a deep, sporty sound that has been optimized compared to the original LV Corsa model and clearly underlines the racing character of this series. High-quality handmade TIG welds and a titanium bracket ensure stability, low weight, and a durable construction.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince muffler is designed for particularly easy installation and is manufactured in proven SLIP-ON construction. The original muffler is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then installed to optimally adjust the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the muffler is accurately plugged on, attached to the standard mounting points, and securely fixed with the included springs.

After precise alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are evenly tightened. A short function check while stationary and retightening of connections after the first kilometers of riding guarantee a permanently secure fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
